In my opinion there are no real reasons for upgrading to this version from the current version. $400 is just too much for it I think. It has some nice additions as the increased memory size and faster cpu and voice controls. The remote controls and the microphone built into the headset aren’t really useful because the headset is quite low quality so a better quality headset is recommended – so you’ll lose the remote and the mic. I would like to have an integrated camera, the lack of it is quite disappointing. I’m seriously thinking about returning this unit and buying the Microsoft Zune HD instead, it is a lot more of media player for the money I think.

It is a good meadia player, plays music and video well, easy to sync and it is very easy to use. The apps are cool and the features can be expanded. It is not a game console but it’s not bad at all for gaming, the incoming games for it look promising. Beside of playing music I use it mostly for social networking.
The included earpice with the mic and controls is a nice addition. Overally I think that this media player is very hard to beat at this price, I would recommend it.
