What can you say about the new iPod Nano? The Nano is the best selling iPod for a reason. It is just 3.6-inches in height 0.24 inches in depth and it weighs just 1.28 ounces. This means it can fit into any pocket or handbag and not be any sort of burden. It is especially convenient for exercising and listening to your favorite tunes on the go. It comes in lots of different colours including blue, grey, green, pink and yellow so you're sure to find your favourite in the bunch. All of the features above were always standard with the 4th gen iPod nano.

However, the new nano has really kicked it up a notch. It keeps the same great form but it has some fantastic new features. Among these is the feature the player needed most- an FM radio. The FM radio on the 5th generation nano has live pause and shows exactly what you're listening to. It also has a great new iTunes tagging feature. This means if you hear something you like on the radio, you can tag the song and iTunes will remember all your tagged music for later.

If you want to use your nano for exercising, you can let it help with more than your music needs. If you can't afford an unlocked 3gs iphone, the built-in accelerometer can keep track of your steps to allow you to use this device as a pedometer. If you purchase the Nike + iPod sports kit, you can keep track of things like time, pace, distance and even calories burned. You can then connect your nano to your computer and review your workout stats. If you see anything remarkable while out and about with your nano, it now has a built-in video camera that allows you to record video in both landscape and portrait. There are even special effects you can use while recording like sepia and mirror. Connect this tiny video camera to your computer to easily upload your masterpieces to YouTube, Facebook and more.

The fifth generation iPod nano is much more than a music player. Buy yours today to see what it's made of.

The new iPod nano is really great. It looks great, it has a sleek design. It is really small and it comes in multiple colors which is a very good thing because people like different colors and it gives a sense of customization or personalization to it. This screen is ok for viewing photos and some odd videos. And contrary to what Apple says – don’t use it iPod Nano to watch movies, the experience would be really bad.

Pros: very light, sleek design, music quality
Cons: bad camera, small screen, apps not available.

iPod nano is a fantastic music player. It has 16 GB of memory in which I can strore all my music and still have space for videos and pictures. The inclusion of video camera is fantastic. Now I can quickly whip out my iPod nano and shoot some videos for YouTube. But if the camera can shoot videos, why can’t it shoot photos also, it seems stupid of Apple to put this kind of restriction. The video quality is not too good, still it is ok for random videos.

Pros: slim, nice design, 16 GB memory
Cons: video quality not good, camera does not take picks, speaker low quality

I listen to a lot of podcast and almost all my podcast are handled by iTunes, listening to podcasts on computer is a very bad idea because when I’m working on my computer I like to concentrate on work and not listen to podcast, iPod nano can easily connect with iTunes and sync all the podcasts to the device. All the meta data and album art is also copied so I don’t have any problem in recognising or playing the podcast.

Pros: massive memory, nice design, portable,
Cons: doesn’t take pictures, speaker quality not good, VGA video camera

For me this was the best buy of the year. I got a Nano (5th gen) for my daughter in college back in March of this year and she loved it. So I wanted to get another for her older sister who is in the Army for Christmas but to my surprise the (5th Gen) was hard to find. But I am so glad I found this web site. Thank You for all of your help and a really great Nano I am sure she will love it. Something that we like about the (5th Gen) is the size and the screen. I looked at the (6th and 7th Gen) at a few of the stores and just did not like the size.

Pros: Larger enouth to hold on to and nice enough to display.
Cons: What did you find were the cons of this product?

Pros: It’s just the right size and holds just the right amount of memory
Cons: it was confusing how to turn it off when I didn’t know how
