Every electronics company under the sun has tried their hand at designing and producing wireless Bluetooth speakers, meant to be used with your smartphone or other Bluetooth enabled device. However, no company has as much expertise when it comes to creating incredible audio devices as Bose does. The Bose SoundLink Wireless Mobile Speaker is just another wonderful audiophile delight.
It’s not often that a small device like this manages to pack such a punch in terms of audio clarity, sound and detail. The speaker produces a substantial amount of bass for a speaker so small, and has a massive ability to play your music as loud as you want it, something tthat is usually lacking in other portable speakers.
With a huge 30ft wireless range you can finally walk in and out of all the rooms of your home without worrying that the phone in your pocket is going to disconnect from your speaker. You’ll also only ever have to pair it once; it will remember you and your tunes every time. You can even stream content like Pandora, Rhapsody or LastFM. This is a very clever little speaker. As a bonus you even get a cover in box, a cover that is fully integrated into the speaker - close the cover and the Bose SoundLink Speaker turns itself off, unfold the cover and it turns into a stand for instant music playback.
Other features also include a USB port for future software updates, an auxiliary input for those non-bluetooth devices and a rechargeable batter with up to 8 hours life.
We’re really impressed by this speaker but wouldn’t go so far as to saying that it’s 100% portable, you would need a pretty big handbag to carry this with you, but if you’re looking for something even smaller and more compact the Soundmatters foxL v2 Bluetooth Speakers are probably more you’re cup of tea.
