It is an awsome handheld gaming system with many features.I like it because there is a DSi shop so you can by games without the hassle of driving to a store or the wait for shipping.The games in DSi shop are relatively cheap compared to the actual games for DSi.The camera qaulity isn’t wonderful but being able to take pictures from either camera on the DSi makes up for that.You can also send pictures you take from your DSi to Facebook,twitter,etc.It takes about 30 minutes to an hour to charge and then last about 2 hours.The system can be damaged easily so I reccomend buying a thick skin to go with it.Unlike the old version (DS) the DSi has no slot for the old gameboy games,I find this very unreasonable of the nintendo company.The DSi also has internet capabilities and can record sound.There is also an application called flipnote where you can add sound to pictures or videos you make.In flipnote after you have made a picture or video you can send it to a friend or to the flipnote website (Flipnote Hatena) but you will need to have the DSi hooked up to a wifi network.

Overall I would rate the DSi a 9 out of 10.

Pros: 1.)It has internet.
2.)It has a DSi shop to buy DSi Ware.
3.)It has a system called flipnote so you can create art/imagery.
4.)Can record sound.
5.)Can take pictures.
Cons: 1.) Internet is relatively slow.
2.)Picture quality is only 0.3.
3.)Graphics arent as good as PSP.
4.) Pictochat isnt wifi capable.

Cons: Even camera was a pro I didn’t like the quality of it when transfered to the computer.

The screen quality of Nintendo DSi is really good, it is glossy and bright and the colours are very prominent in it. The new navigation interface is very cool and easy to use. The integration of camera is very nice but the camera quality is nothing to brag about, the photos can be used to share on Facebook or twitter but not good enough for anything else as the camera takes VGA shots only. But having a camera is better than having nothing.

Pros: camera, screen quality, games
Cons: picture quality, web browser, no GBA slot

Nintendo DSi ‘s screen is bigger and brighter than the previous version, the new interface is awesome, it is easy to navigate and look very cool, the implementation of DSi ware is very good. It also has a digital camera to take photos with. It has a large internal memory and if that is not enough for all the game, you can also add an external memory card and expand the memory to install and play more games.

Pros: nice design, hardware, screen
Cons: camera, browser, battery.

The latest version of Guitar Hero World Tour is good because it is complete band game version and you get all the extra instruments with the game other than the guitar. This game is perfect for kids who want to play indoor game with lot of friends. All the instruments require separate wii remotes so it would be a good idea to buy four or five wii remotes along with this game. The game has a few quirks here and there but works quite well.

Pros: camera, nice hardware, games
Cons: photo quality, battery life, web browser

I have had all nintendo ds game boy. color advance and sp ds, ds lite dsi and now dsi xl, i’m 48 and love it, as well as my grand kids have dsi, love it love it loveit

Pros:
lots of games for all ages not blood violence the Dsi xl perfect screen size tons of games can be downloded to an R4 card

Cons:
could have better grafic quality, kind of expensive

Love the DSI!! I got my 6 year old a dsi for her b-day in december, to this day she is still glued to it. It unlike most of her toys has not lost its appeal. She takes it everywhere, even her 3 year old brother plays it.

Well, I loved my dsi but i got 1 from gamestop, it was brand new and it stopped working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so mad. I bought $50 worth of apps and now if i get a new one (had a warrenty) I lose all my apps!!!!!

mine stopped working after a month(new)

I think that dsi’s are cool. You can take pictures onthem and a lot more.

My nephews (7 & love the DSi. They play both individual and multiplayer games. They loved the wireless games when they finally figured out how to connect with each other. Older children would like the PSP better. But for the younger set the DSi is great. The games keep them occupied when traveling – even works well at night.

Pros:
Games can be bought used on Amazon.com to offset the cost of games. They can be powered in the car or at home by an adapter. The console is fairly rugged. The two year guarantee is great.

Cons:
Games are relatively expensive. Used ones from Amazon.com are great. When a kid gets the DSi – parents better be ready to shell out money for games.

Great system for kids. The console is good for small hands and the graphics are perfect for them.
