Over the years, Metal Gear Solid has built up quite a following. Fans are not going to be disappointed with Hideo Kojma’s finale to the Solid Snake story. Metal Gear Solid 4 is one of those games where the ending is fantastic but you’re heartbroken it’s over because the ride was so good. There are new plotlines as well as old ends being tied up, old friends and enemies - it’s exhilarating for long time fans! New players won’t be disappointed though as there are tons of weapons and amazing visuals. MGS4 takes place in 2014, 5 years after the incident at Big Shell portrayed in Metal Gear Solid 2. Old Snake, the terminally ill greying hero is called back into action one last time. He must use his stealth and skills to hunt down his genetically-engineered twin brother and nemesis- Liquid Snake who is a powerful warlord now in charge of many Private Military Companies.
With the great prices on offer here, this is a must for your Playstation 3 collection.
The narrative and game play fit together perfectly. You can skip past the narrative of you like but you’d be missing out because the graphics and storyline itself are incredible. This game has it all-action, suspense, incredible detail in terms of graphics and great gameplay.
