The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for Wii

Our Price: $17

Did you love Zelda on your gameboy? What about on your Nintendo 64? Well get ready for the best interactive Zelda experience yet. They have finally made a game that is better on the Wii than any other console. If you feel like you're tired of just seeing kids games available for the Wii, then this is where it turns around. Immerse yourself in the familiar world of Zelda with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Solve puzzles, defeat enemies and collect equipment. To get around this vast engaging world, you can even transform into a wolf. If you like Wii Sports resort- you already know how to play. Use Link's sword to defeat enemies by swiping, the same way you use the Wii remote to fight during swordplay. Use Link's sling shot to aim that same way you would in archery.

Best of all, the storyline in this game is fantastic. I don't want to delve too much into the plot as I'm afraid I'll ruin any spoilers. It's full of surprises and acts very much like a movie by drawing you in. I'd go so far as to say that it' even better than Ocarina of Time. Twilight Princess will suit people of all abilities because there is plenty to do if you want to play away from the game. You can get lost in the world of Zelda itself without even playing the main plot whenever you like. The game is the same as the Game Cube game but with minor differences. The one major difference is the controls. Using the Wii remote immerses you a lot more in the game and you will definitely notice a difference.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was actually four years in the making and it shows in the quality, the puzzles, the subtle nods for Zelda fans and the game play. The music and voice work are superb and add to the overall cinematic quality of the game. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a copy of Twilight Princess while stocks last. It's the best Wii game out there.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for Wii Reviews (3)

The legend of Zelda is one of the most eagerly awaited games of all time. The game is in 480p which it’s a little disappointing as it is DVD quality only, I was expecting a minimum of 720p, still the graphics are ok and you get widescreen display which is welcome and don’t forget the motion controls. In this game Link looks more mature and less like a cartoon but that does not mean this game isn’t for kids.

    Pros: gameplay, graphics, controls
    Cons: bugs, childish, very short

The first thing I noticed in The legend of Zelda was that Link was less cartoonish but the game is for kids alright. This is proved by the fact that there is absolutely no blood or gore in the game, when I kill an enemy, it just turns into a puff of smoke. You have a lot of quests in this game and they are all good vs evil type. The only difference is Link is no longer a kid; he is in his late teens.

    Pros: good graphics, gameplay, characters
Cons: short game, controls clunky, bugs,

In The legend of Zelda – teenage princess Link is no longer a kid, he is in his late teens and he owns a horse and a house. He also has a girlfriend but he has no time to enjoy any of them because evil is afoot and you have to turn into a wolf and deal with them. The wolf sense serves him well in this fight. The graphics are pretty impressive and there is a lot of eye candy. Gameplay is awesome, there are lots of puzzle to solve, things to collect, mini games, quests etc.

Pros: good graphics, short game, nice characters,
Cons: controls, too easy, plot not good.
