I bought this game just to try it out and I have to say that I’m really impressed with it. Its camera tracking technology is pretty high tech. It uses the camera to scan where the body is and gives the real time feedback by analyzing your workout. You have to stay close to the TV screen or at least the camera when you workout otherwise the results would not be perfect. Make sure the room in which you are working out is well light otherwise the camera would not be able to pick up your movements.

Pros: camera tracking technology is very good, cheap, easy to play
Cons: have to stay in front of camera, steep learning curve, camera is picky.

I love this game because you can cheat in it, it is recording your every move on camera, it allows you to use your workout equipment if you want to use them to keep the workout more real and effective. One thing that is annoying is that you have to constantly move in this game, there is no pause or no time to rest, you have to complete the workout along with the instructions otherwise you would be left out.

Pros: easy, lots of workout options, fun to play
Cons: constant movement required, camera does not always track accurately, sometimes game repeats itself

This game did not work for me at all; I don’t know what I am doing wrong. The camera was not picking up my movements, and the game felt very repetitive, it had the same exercises and workout sessions again and again. It is very similar to Wii Fit and WIi Fit Plus which we get when we buy Nintendo Wii so I don’t see the actual benefit of this game. The constant supposedly encouragement remarks like “do you feel the burn”, “You can do it”, or “feel them muscles stretch” are very annoying. Avoid this game.

Pros: camera technology, cost, workout options
    Cons: annoying voices, repetitive, boring
