This little netbook is awesome. The battery life is excellent. I managed to use it for more than 5 hours with a single charge with wireless enabled and the screen backlight on maximum. It can go above 7 hours using power saver settings. The LCD has a LED backlight, so I have it on 100% most of the time. if you are used to larger screens it will take some time to get used to this small screen with 1024×768 resolution. The keyboard is excellent, it is a pleasure to type on it. The trackpad works fine, although rarely it happens that it won’t respond for a few seconds.
For the money it is a real killer computer, ok, it’s not for gaming and if you are using a lot of optical media you need an external drive for that. It’s really ultraportable, with the integrated wireless you can use it anywhere for mailing, browsing, instant messaging… I would highly recommend this netbook!
Pros:
battery life, it’s fast, looks good
Cons:
could be a bit lighter
I did some research before I purchased this computer and it looks like that it is the best netbook out there. The keyboard layout is great and the keys are prompt and easy to type on. The touchpad is also nice although I use a USB mouse whenever I can. It is a bit heavier than it looks like but is really sturdy, the hinges are holding the screen stable. The screen is bright and the backlight is uniform.
The battery life is unbeliveable, after 6 hours I still have about 20% available. The computer is super fast, it also has an integrated webcam, so I use it sometimes with Skype as a video phone. Also the speakers are better than in most bigger sized laptops out there.
For the price and overall you can’t go wrong with buying this small computer. As I said in the beginning, you hardly can find a better netbook.
Pros:
keyboard, speed, battery life, build quality
Cons:
scratches easily
