The keyboard is absolutely brilliant on this thing and its like the whole machine was built around the keyboard with it in mind. It's also a durable little thing, on the second day I had it I dropped it off a table and I thought that was the end of it... nope, cos of the SSD it was fine.I'd have to agree with Dave above, having Vista on this really slows the thing down but it's not really too noticable. If your looking for an ultra portable, Id go for this.

Got one of these little beauties when my asus eeepc broke and I’m so glad I did. I used it while I was backpacking around Asia. I'm SOOO glad I didn't bring a full sized laptop. This thing is amazing! I had one of those "solar" backpacks that charged the Vaio P while I walked around and I was able to update my travel blog while I was on the move at any time. The only bad thing I can say about the Vaio P is the operating system that came with it. Vista sucks and I had to put the beta version of windows 7 on it (which was awesome BTW). I now have Ubuntu on it.I am a loyal sony customer and this purchase didn't let me down. I use it now on the train to work and when I'm flying. Finally, it can get a little hot after a while, but not as much as other sony laptops. I give it a 4 out of five.

Bought my Vaio P about three months ago. I used it while I was backpacking around Asia.
