Unlocked Blackberry Curve 8900 Reviews (3)

I think Blackberry Curve 8900 is one of the best phone made by Blackberry. It works really well. Expandable memory is a bonus which means that I can increase the memory as per my needs. I now have 16 GB memory in mine for videos, music and other documents. The Blackberry app store has some of the apps I need, some which I used to use in my previous iPhone. It has a fast processor and the OS looks good too.

    Pros: camera, expandable memory, wifi
    Cons: keypad, 3G, screen

My only problem with Blackberry Curve 8900 is that it has a tiny keypad and for someone with big hands it is very difficult to type. I shouldn’t have to grow nails to use the tiny keypad of this phone. The second thing is 3G; I really don’t understand why there is no 3G in this device. Almost all the phones that are currently released have 3G. So without 3G I am stuck with basic EDGE or have to go looking for Wi-Fi.

Pros: crisp bright screen, attachment viewer, push email service
Cons: small keypad, no 3G, slow browser.

Blackberry Curve 8900 is small and slim. It is lighter than the previous version of the Blackberry phones. The screen is sharp and detailed. It is great to look at pictures and read emails in it. The processor is also faster in this phone, you don’t even have to wait for things to load up to use them. The camera is quite good for photography. I tested it out and I am presently surprised with the photo quality.

    Pros: camera, email, design
Cons: slow browser, lack of 3G, keys are not raised.
