I found it easy to use, though I have had a Blackberry 8830 World for some time, so am familiar with navigation. System is quick and responsive. Anyone considering a smart-phone should look at this Storm or any Blackberry phone, instead of the others. These are easier to navigate, if one is 'electronically challenged'.
