Wanting a full QWERTY keyboard on your smartphone used to mean a bulky device that barely fit in your jeans pocket, that is until the Motorola Droid came along. This sleek Android smarphone is the thinnest full QWERTY slider on the market whilst still being solid and incredibly durable. This incredible smart phone runs Android 2.0, which means it runs faster than previous Android devices, including faster web browsing and better overall performance.

Featuring a massive 5 megapixel camera, a 3.7inch high-res touchscreen, it’s also a location aware, speech recognising power house of connectivity and software applications. What sets the Droid apart from most other smartphones is how almost every part of it is customizable, set as many different ring tones as you like, create folders for your photos, music or videos and more. A definite rival to the Apple iPhone especially when you consider the incredible WVGA display, the full QWERTY keyboard and the incredible battery life - 6.5hrs of continuous usage! more than any other smartphone available at the moment.

One of our favorite features of the Motorola Droid is of course the seriously impressive full QWERTY keyboard, the letters on the keys are large and backlit for typing away in the dark, it's an absolute joy to use. We also really like the dedicated camera button on the side, something strangely missing from many smartphones, even the iPhone.

Don’t miss your chance to own the Motorola Droid, and your chance to own a quick fire smartphone that will never let you down.

Unlocked Motorola Droid Reviews (3)

  1. January 14, 2010 by Daniel

I have used a 3G iPhone before this one and I can say that this Motorola beats it in every aspect! Both are high quality devices with excellent screens and battery life, but I like the Motorola better. The keyboard works fine and the camera with flash is awesome. The display is excellent and I like the customizable screens very much. As for the apps, it’s pretty similar to the iPhone app store, although there are not that many apps, but all that I needed were free. The multitasking feature it great, this is one of the many things I like better than in iPhone. I found the keyboard, the internet, the camera and networking better, so all the basic functions.
I have no experience with the 3GS iPhone, but think I would not sell the Droid to get one. I would recommend this phone to everyone who is looking for a great cell phone.

sound quality, touch screen, the phone is full of pros :)

    no cons at all

I have had this phone for only two days so far and I found it fantastic! I played with it a lot, made calls, browsed the internet, sent/received mail, used instant messaging, took photos… The operating system is very good. I had to recharge the battery twice in two days but not because the battery life is bad :) Recharging the battery takes about 2 hours, maybe less, but I was playing with the phone all the time while charging.

I bought this one over the iPhone and BB Storm after trying out all three, I know that I made the righ choice with buying the Droid, it is just awesome.

    web browser, screen

music syncing and the camera could be better

Works Great! For everything except a phone that is… music sound is great! Except that my wife and I, who both own one, can hardly understand each others phone calls, or incoming from anyone else for that matter. My old Samsung flip phone has better call quality.
