Navigating through the menu is not too easy, it takes some time to get familiar with it. The outside display is a bit too dark, the clock is hardly visible on it except if a very light colored bg image is used. The operating system sometimes seems slow, there is a noticeable delay in response when moving through the menus. It could be more customizable. I had some trouble with getting it work with my BlueTooth Headset, but other than that everything is excellent about this phone.
