The Nokia E71 is a damn sexy smartphone with a full QWERTY keyboard. It is candybar shaped and marketed towards business professionals because of its huge range of specs. It has a 2.4 inch QVGA screen, a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash. This camera is great for video calls and produces high quality photos and video. The screen is sharp and bright. Media playback and web browsing is a pleasure. The phone itself is sturdy as it is made of chrome so it doesn’t have a cheap plastic feel about it. Saying that, it’s very thin and also quite light weighing just 127 grams. The E71 has a micro SD slot which can expand your memory by up to 8 GB. Internally, the specs of the E71 are pretty impressive. Check out our latest Nokia E71 Deals and offers below! Unlike the Unlocked Nokia N96, It boasts 110 MB internal memory, 128 MB SDRAM and a ARM 11 369 MHz processor. Call quality on this device is perfect, as is battery life. It is a quad-band phone with wi-fi, Blutooth 2.0 and a built in GPS navigator. As you would expect, the E71 has an Mp3 player, and FM radio and general office applications. The Nokia E71, in contrast to the Nokia N75 will certainly give the Blackberry range a run for its money and it even supports BlackBerry Connect for those who wish to swap over.

Overall a killer phone. It is a business phone and it is the perfect one. It’s very well built and it has one of the best cameras I have ever seen in a phone. It cannot replace a real digital camera, but for a camera in a phone it is excellent, not to mention the phenomenal camcoreder features. The office suite is great, I can manage everything that I would do on a pc.
The music player surprised me, it’s very functional and easy to use, it is almost too good for a business mobile. The wifi performance is superb, it takes only a few seconds to start browsing on any network, I never had any connection issues. I like the keyboard a lot, I have small hands and can type pretty fast on it. It has a built in GPS also, which is, to be honest, is quite disappointing for someone who is using a dedicated GPS device.
I would recommend this phone over the other qwerty phones I have seen, well done Nokia!
Pros:
slim, sturdy, great camera, conectivity
Cons:
nothing so far
This is the best phone I have used so far. And I have used many, from different brands. I have an oppurtunity to try out a large number of phones, so I know what I am talking about. It’s signal strength outperforms all the other phones out there, and the call quality is simply amazing. Maybe the speakerphone could be better but overall it’s a very hard to beat device. The battery life is exceptional, what is also unbeliveable for a slim unit like the E71.
The OS is very stable, no hangs and crashes, whatever I do this thing keeps going. It’s fast and I did not encounter any strange behaviour yet. The keyboard works fine, I can type two hand on it.
From all of the recent phones I tried out I can tell that this one performs the best, nobody can go wrong with it. Highly recommended.
Pros:
signal strength, call quality, OS, battery life
Cons:
Nokia email client could be better
