Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 Reviews (1)

  1. October 3, 2011 by Mindy

You can’t have a computer and not have Microsoft office, it’s the best suite of software for anyone – whether it’s for a home office or if you’re a student. I wrote my 10,000 word thesis using MS Office 2010 and I’m grateful for all the built in ways it has saved me – like retrieving my unsaved documents when my PC crashed. What a relief that was! Thank you Microsoft!

The Home and Student edition is such good value for money! You just can’t go wrong with it. Sure there are free pieces of software out there that do similar stuff, but none are as easy to use, as logical or so full of features. There’s so many I don’t think I’ve used them all yet! And I’ve had this two years.

That said, even at two years old this is still top of the range software and you won’t find it this cheap in a store.

Pros: Beautiful ways to create documents that look perfect printed out.
Cons: The new menu takes some getting used to. DOCX not widely used.
