Since we rebranded from eBid to Zwee things have changed thick and fast around here. To celebrate the change we have decided to not only offer our products at rock bottom prices but for the entire year of  2010, we're going to offer all our customers free shipping. That's right, FREE SHIPPING. Every order you make will NOT be charged a shipping fee and there will be no hidden charges for packaging. We've also extended our returns period to 60 days. *Please note, as of July 1st 2010, we have had to severely limit the countries we can ship to. From July 1st, we will only ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, UK, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland and The Netherlands. We apologize for the short notification and we apologize for having to limit the countries that our customers are from. Unfortunately, you can thank all the fraudsters and scammers in your country for that. We operate on razor thin margins and we must protect ourselves as well as our existing customers.

We are now also limiting our orders to a maximum of two items per order. We do not offer wholesale lots and we are direct to customer. This is to limit fraud and to prevent reselling of our products en mass when we offer them for below retail.

All of our orders are shipped with UPS and include a tracking number. Your tracking number is displayed at the very top and in the subject of the email receipt that you receive when you order. Our orders are shipped in bulk via UPS once per week (normally on a Friday)to keep our shipping costs down. From the date of shipping, you can expect your order to arrive, depending on your location, broadly within the timeframe in the above chart. Because of this, it can take up to 13 days for your item to arrive.  While this is not ideal for many, most of our customers feedback has been that the savings made with Zwee have been offset by the marginal deliver time. To keep track of where your package is, please use the UPS tracking service here. We do not and will not ship with FedEx and unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight shipping.
